Individual, family, or relationships: I charge a flat fee of $85 per hour for individual, family, or relationship therapy. I utilize a sliding fee scale for those who are unable to pay this amount. Please see the Forms and Worksheets section of the site for the Sliding Fee Scale worksheet.
Groups: I am presently exploring the feasibility of beginning ongoing theraputic groups in the Umatilla County area for an array of issues. Group sessions are billed at a rate of $30 per person per 2 hour session. This rate is extremely competetive, however I will consider making alternate arrangements for those who wish to attend but are unable to pay this amount.
Phone and Skype: Phone and Skype services are available though I prefer to initiate the therapeutic relationship in person prior to utilizing these services. Consideration will be made on a case-by-case basis. Services provided over phone and Skype are billed at individual rates.
Insurance billing: There are two barriers to my billing your insurance company. First, as I have not yet achieved full licensure as a Clinical Social Worker most insurance companies will not fund my services. Second, in order to bill your insurance company I have to provide them with confidential information of a sensitive and personal nature which then becomes part of your personal clinical record.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations and rescheduling appointments are fine so long as they happen prior to your scheduled session time. I ask that you call me directly if the need to cancel or reschedule arises. If you forget your appointment and leave me waiting I will expect you to pay for that time.
